We built these luxury electric heaters around high-density halogen tubes—because when space is tight and the heat has to be spot-on, you can’t afford to mess around.
The power behind the warmth
We run these at 400V, packing 2500W of punch into a compact length. That means you get serious heat without needing a giant footprint. The 300mm tube hits a sweet spot: long enough to cover more ground, short enough to slip into snug bays and tight concentrators.
Built to take the heat—again and again
The quartz glass handles fast heat-up and cool-down without cracking under thermal shock. Inside, the halogen fill keeps the filament stable and fights off blackening, so the performance stays consistent over time.
And the R7s connector? It’s a straightforward, rigid-contact setup. Wire it up quickly, and it holds its alignment. No wobble. No hot spots. Just solid, reliable contact.
Where these shine
These tubes are made for real industrial work—PET blowing, thermoforming, drying lines—where you need heat that comes on fast and holds steady. You get high heat density, sure, but that also means your machine has to be ready to manage the heat. If the cooling isn’t right, the tube will run hotter than it should, and that shortens its life.
The easy part? Swapping them in.
We designed them as a drop-in replacement for standard R7s fixtures. So you can upgrade without tearing apart the whole bay. Just swap, power up, and get back to work.
