Why? Because if a lamp is off by even 5mm, or if the wattage is slightly wonky, you&amp;rsquo;re going to end up with cold spots in your preforms. It&amp;rsquo;s frustrating.&#xA;We use short-wave IR emitters so the heat hits the PET wall fast. This keeps your cycle times low. Just a heads-up: if you decide to go with a higher wattage than what the machine was originally built for, keep a close eye on your cabling. You don&amp;rsquo;t want to fry your wiring looms.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;No rewiring. No drama.&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;Nobody wants to spend their shift rewiring an oven. That&amp;rsquo;s why we stick to standard R7s and SK15 connectors. You just swap them out and get back to work.&#xA;We also use doped quartz glass. It basically filters the energy so the heat goes into the plastic, not into the oven walls. It stops your reflectors from baking and wearing out prematurely.&#xA;&lt;strong&gt;The real-world stuff&lt;/strong&gt;&#xA;These are true drop-in replacements. You pull the old tube, slide the new one in, lock the connectors, and you&amp;rsquo;re done. No drilling. No bending brackets. No swearing at the hardware.&#xA;But here is the thing&amp;hellip; a brand-new lamp can only do so much. If your reflectors are pitted or covered in oxidation, you&amp;rsquo;re never going to hit your target temperature. It&amp;rsquo;s like putting racing tires on a car with a broken engine.&#xA;Do yourself a favor: give those reflectors a good clean before you swap the lamps.
