Mini Electric Heater: Precision Heat, Packed into a Small Space
We built this little heater for those impossible corners on your production line—the spots where you need serious, focused heat, but you just don’t have the room. It’s a compact halogen lamp, designed to blast out shortwave energy right where you need it, for the tough industrial jobs that can’t afford a slow start.
The Power Behind the Heat
Here’s the quick rundown: it runs on 400V, cranks out 2500W, and is just 300mm long. That combo is all about packing a huge punch into a small package. Running at that voltage lets us squeeze a ton of power into a short quartz tube. The result? Heat that concentrates and responds almost instantly. Just know this: that kind of concentrated power means your equipment needs a proper thermal management system. It’s designed to handle the localized heat, so your setup is ready for it.
Built to Last, Built to Connect
The heart of it is a halogen-filled quartz tube. The halogen cycle inside keeps the filament stable, which means no blackening and a longer life for the element. We also added a special coating to manage the infrared emission and shield the element from chemical wear and tear. And the connection? It uses a standard R7s two-pin base. It’s a direct, low-resistance fit that makes this heater a simple, drop-in replacement for the fixtures you already have.
The Sweet Spot for Tight Spaces
This heater really shines in applications like PET blowing or small-scale plastic forming, where space is at a premium. Its shortwave output gets straight to the point, heating the material directly instead of wasting energy warming the air around it. The compact size makes it easy to slot into crowded machine frames, and the tough design is built to take the constant pounding of a non-stop industrial cycle.
